Where we ship
Luggages: We are currently shipping to US, Europe, Switzerland, UK, Taiwan and GCC countries. For countries outside the US, Europe and Switzerland, customs duties will be applied and not covered by MiaMily (read below "Customs and duties fees" for more info). We have local distributors in Australia, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Lebanon, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand.
Baby Carriers: We offer worldwide shipping. We ship from our warehouses in Switzerland, Germany (for Europe), US and China, if you are not in one of these countries, customs duties will be applied and not covered by MiaMily.
Custom and duties fees
Non US, EU and CH customers are fully responsible for all customs duties. We ship to the UK from our German warehouse so customs duties will apply. MiaMily is not responsible for these charges. MiaMily cannot estimate any additional fees that may be imposed by the country of destination or handling companies en route. If a package is returned back to us due to non payment of such fees, a refund will not be issued. Custom tax can range from 20-30% (or more) depending on your country.
