We offer worldwide shipping (including shipping to APO/FPO addresses). Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address. If you’re placing an order for delivery outside of the US and Switzerland, customs charges may be requested when you receive your package, MiaMily has no control over these charges and therefore we can not tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. MiaMily is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering. In general, you can expect your HIPSTER™ to arrive 10-14 days after you’ve placed your order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
We guarantee you will love HIPSTER™. HIPSTER™ is made to simplify your life and so you can enjoy your baby more. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the item for a full 100% product refund within 30 days of receiving the order, and you will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Damaged or defected
If the product arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately, including a photo of the box and product, your order number, and your contact information (email and phone number please). We will refund or replace the item as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
